Preston Corporal

Former professional forward · certified trainer

Preston began his career in 2002 in Liberia, where he was named the federation's most valuable player after his first season. He then signed with ATM FA in Malaysia and scored 36 goals in all competitions in his debut season, before playing for clubs in India and the Caribbean and joining the Canadian Soccer League.

In Canada he played for Hamilton Croatia, Brantford Galaxy and Niagara United and played in the 2010 CSL championship final. He also made his Liberia national team debut in 2008, in 2010 World Cup qualifying.

Today he coaches in Gatineau and Ottawa. His style is positive and direct: players are encouraged, challenged and given clear feedback that shows what “better” looks like.

FAQ

Your questions

What ages do you train?

Kids from age 6, plus teens and adults of any level. Younger players train through games; older players work on more specific drills.

What does my child need?

Shoes for the surface, shin guards, a water bottle and weather-appropriate clothing. We bring the balls, cones and gear.

Where do sessions take place?

At your home (backyard, driveway, basement), a park of your choice, or our Gatineau space: an outdoor field in season and indoor space in winter. The exact address is confirmed when you book.

Does a parent have to stay?

A parent or responsible adult must be present or nearby for all players under 18.

What if my child is shy or a beginner?

Very common. The first session is slow and fun, and every player leaves with a clear win.

Do you coach in French?

Yes. Sessions are available in English and French.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay per session or by package. Only the waiver needs to be signed before you start.
